Our client is a prominent leader in the field of automotive logistics and remarketing solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vehicle Handover Specialist join our client’s team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
To manage the vehicle handover process for collection agents for all models and manufacturers.
Be knowledgeable about all the vehicles that are handed over so that specific enquiries on controls/features/specifications can be answered.
Ensure all necessary paperwork / checks required by the contract have been completed prior to the vehicles leaving site.To Work closely within the handover team to keep customer care and satisfaction at top industry levels at all times.
Responsible for the quality and cleanliness of vehicles being handed over.
Skills Requirements
Act as the main point of contact for customers at the point of collection.
To offer an explanation of the vehicle controls and demonstrate as required.
To assist with the Hand-over Agents with the handover of vehicles.
To ensure all vehicles are present in the GTG area and checked by the end of the working day for the next days collections.
Supporting other areas within the Handover process when necessary.
