CNC Machinist (4 day week)

The Opportunity

• Job Title: Welder Fabricator
• Reporting to: Fabrication Supervisor
• Working Hours: 07:00 - 17:30 * 4-Day Week
• Salary: Competitive / Commensurate with experience

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Experience working with thin-wall materials, including Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Aluminium.
• Significant fabrication experience, ideally (but not necessarily) within the motorsport sector.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a small team as well as independently using your own initiative.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a demanding production environment.
• Must be fully proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Cut, assemble, and fabricate/weld metallic assemblies (primarily utilizing jigs).
• Take responsibility for the quality and timely completion of parts to agreed standards based on technical drawings, works orders, and job packs.
• Liaise closely with the Fabrication Supervisor to ensure a complete understanding of project requirements.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and job tracking records in the system at all times.
