It’s the moment when they realise they’ve made a small, but important, step forward. Very often, that small step is the start of something bigger.
Turning Point in England is seeking a Recovery Worker to support individuals with complex mental health needs at Wood Street, a new supported living service. You will deliver person-centred recovery interventions, run group work, and help people gain skills to live independently as part of a wider team.
The role requires flexibility, empathy and strong communication, with a focus on tailoring plans and promoting long-term recovery within a 24-hour rota and weekend shifts.
