WEST YOUTH ZONE in White City, West London, seeks a Pathways and Employability Manager to lead a year‑round programme helping young people build confidence and move into education, training and employment.
You will spend about half your time delivering sessions and mentoring, while the rest builds partnerships with schools, colleges, community organisations and corporate partners, including line management of a part‑time youth worker. Regular evenings and weekend work are required.
