Part-Time School & Community Practitioner – 0-19 Health

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time School and Community Health Practitioner based in Cheltenham. The role supports the School Nursing Service with 22.5 hours per week, delivering public health interventions and parenting programme training within the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme.

You will work with the School Nursing Team, deliver delegated components, monitor quality and provide advice to children, families and groups in community settings.
