You will work with Speech and Language Therapists to support adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders in community and outpatient settings.
Based at the Princess Royal Hospital in Telford, the post will also cover sites across the East of the county, including care homes and patients' homes, with potential clinics via telehealth.
