Female Care Assistant

CARE ASSISTANTS - LOCATION: DERBYSHIRE DE6

Harland Care Services Ltd are seeking experienced Female Care Assistants to support a female client who lives in DE6 Derbyshire.

This role is open to female applicants only due to a genuine occupational requirement in line with the Equality Act 2010.

The Role

Working in a client’s home, the successful candidates will be positive, pro‑active, caring and have a good sense of humour, the support team will receive training in several clinical tasks, including:

• Complex Care
• Stoma
• Personal Care
• Wheelchair user

Experience in working with clients with the above requirements.

Following training, there will be a period of shadow shifts working with the client and those who have cared for her previously. Therefore, these shadow shifts are vital to establish an understanding of each other.

Requirements

• Weekend availability
• Flexible approach to working hours offering cover during the week
• Drivers Licence is a must
• Fun-Loving Home Environment
• Bespoke training provided
• Registered Nurse support
