About Our Nursery

Located in Loudwater , our warm and welcoming 85-place day nursery cares for children aged 3 months to 5 years across 5 age‑specific rooms, from Babies through to Preschool.

Our nursery provides a calming environment for both children and staff, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery including a nearby river walkway - perfect for a relaxing lunch break. Staff and children also enjoy seeing and feeding the ducks in the local area.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as anEarly Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
