About Us
Mantle Psychology is a leading provider of mental health, neurodevelopmental assessments, and post-diagnostic support services across Yorkshire and Derbyshire. We are driven by our values which include:

  • Providing the right services at the right time to our clients, being with them on their journey and customising our services to their needs
  • Growing our services slowly and sustainably, always prioritising quality above all else
  • Ensuring that we have a vibrant workplace where everyone supports each other

We are growing! We now have five clinics, and some exciting private and public contracts which support our journey. We are focussed on our goal, which is to provide ever more holistic and needs centred services as we build.

About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Service Co-ordinator to join our team, supporting our Clinical Teams and our Client Managers in delivering an excellent patient experience.

This is an exciting time to join our business; you will be working within a dynamic and friendly team and will also have the opportunity to support the growth and development of our services.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the team by undertaking administrative tasks, including processing client information, data processing, bookings, payments and general office tasks.
  • Greeting our patients as they arrive at the clinic and making them feel welcome as they make their way to-and-from their appointments.
  • Supporting our Clinic Managers in dealing with patient queries by telephone, mail and email, becoming familiar with all our client management systems across both NHS contracted work and our private services.

About You
The most important thing is that you will be self-starting and dynamic, always looking for opportunities to learn and improve.

You will be based within a commutable distance to our Bullhouse Mill office.

In addition:

  • Great customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Confident with Microsoft Office products
  • Empathetic and person-centred approach
  • Organised and proactive
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Positive, adaptable and solution focussed
  • Flexible and responsive to changing priorities

What is in it for you?

  • To be a part of a friendly, experienced team of professionals.
  • Career development and the opportunity to grow your role within the business into Client Management roles as the business expands.
  • Full-time working (part time considered for the right candidate).
  • 28 days annual leave.
  • Competitive salary starting at £24k.
