Following our continued growth, we are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join our team in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin , supporting the delivery of vital GP Out of Hours and Care Coordination services within our Urgent Care team. We are seeking a Base Team Lead to join us on either a 30-hour or 37.5-hour per week contract .
