GUILDFORD, SURREY

Full-time, part-time,
Day to day cover, long-term placements
Permanent positions

You'll work closely with pupils who may require additional support both inside and outside the classroom. Every day is different, but your role could include:

Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Building confidence, independence, and social skills
Helping manage emotions and behaviour positively
Supporting learning activities tailored to individual needs
Being a consistent and trusted adult in a young person's life

Our specialist schools support children and young people aged 5-18 with needs including:

Autism (ASC)
SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
ADHD
Speech & Language Difficulties
Moderate & Severe Learning Difficulties
Additional Complex Needs

No school experience? No problem. Many of our most successful staff have backgrounds in care, sport, youth work, customer service, or residential support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
