ED Charge Nurse: Lead & Develop Care (Flexible Shifts)

Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Sisters/Charge Nurse to join the busy Emergency Department at Darent Valley Hospital. You will lead and support the ED team, delivering high standards of care to patients attending by ambulance, self-presenting or referred cases.

You will work with the Team Leader, Practice Development Nurse and Clinical Matron, contributing to staff development and evidence-based practice. The department values inclusivity and excellence in patient care.
