Essential Requirements:

• CACHE Level 3 Qualification (Mandatory).
• Prior experience working in nursery or early years settings.
• Proven ability in room/classroom management and behavior guidance.
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to nurturing and developing young learners.

Primary Duties:

• Fostering an inclusive, supportive, and safe learning environment.
• Delivering interactive lessons and play-based learning activities.
• Offering tailored 1:1 support or facilitating small group interventions for extra learning help.
• Working effectively alongside nursery staff to maintain educational standards.
• Guiding children of varying abilities to meet key developmental milestones.
