Support Worker

Full-Time Support Worker in Eastleigh (SO50) – 37.5 Hours per Week

Shift Patterns:7:30am – 2:30pm, 2:30pm – 10:00pm, Sleep‑ins required and alternate weekends

Pay: £13.26 per hour. The current payrate of £13.26 will be increasing to £13.71 per hour on 1st October 2026

Join our friendly team in Eastleigh, where we support three wonderful gentlemen who enjoy:

• Getting out and about in their local community

Each gentleman has unique needs and requires support with personal care , so we’re looking for patient, compassionate, and encouraging individuals who can help them live fulfilling, independent lives.

Drivers are preferred , as the people we support use mobility vehicles for appointments and outings.
