In-Store Lab Technician

At Vision Express, we're passionate about delivering exceptional eye care and outstanding customer experiences. As an In-Store Lab Technician in our flagship Oxford Street store, you'll play a vital role in helping customers see clearly and step out with confidence by producing high-quality prescription lenses and glasses.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in optics, whether you're an experienced Optical Lab Technician, Glazing Technician, or are looking to start your journey in the optical industry.

You'll join a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, technical accuracy and teamwork are essential. Full training and support will be provided, and previous experience in an optical lab is desirable but not essential.

Working at Vision Express means being part of one of the UK's leading optical retailers. With over 550 stores across the UK and Ireland, you'll have opportunities to develop your career, learn new skills and grow within a supportive and ambitious business.

We believe we're stronger because of our differences. That's why diversity, inclusion and belonging are at the heart of our culture. By creating an environment built on trust, respect and collaboration, we help our colleagues reach their potential and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.

Although the hours for this role are advertised, we'd love to hear about your ideal working pattern. Whether you're looking for hours around the school run, part-time hours, or a compressed working week, we're open to discussing flexible working options.
