About the Role… Drive new business across fleet, truck and trailer rentals, converting leads into long-term customers. Manage and grow existing accounts, building strong relationships and repeat business. Hit and exceed targets through strong pipeline management and consistent sales activity. Negotiate pricing and terms that meet customer needs while protecting margin. Work closely with depot/operations teams to ensure smooth handovers and excellent service delivery. Keep CRM records accurate and provide clear reporting and forecasting. Represent the business professionally at meetings, site visits, and industry events.

What we’re looking for: Proven experience in commercial vehicle rentals / fleet solutions, with a strong sales track record. Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Strong commercial awareness and confidence negotiating and closing deals. Exceptional customer service-relationships and retention matter. Excellent communicator—confident liaising at all levels. Organised and calm in a fast-paced environment.
