Description

This store is designed for ease and enjoyment - a space where customers can pop in, pick up their favourite doughnuts, or perch for a quick break. It's simple, stylish, and full of feel-good moments - and now, it could be where your career takes off.

As a team member, you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests, serving up fresh doughnuts and drinks, and keeping the store looking great and running smoothly.

This role includes lone working, so you'll need to feel confident handling the store independently. For that reason, all applicants must be 18 or over.

We'll give you full training and support - all you need is a great attitude, strong customer service skills, and the desire to grow your career one sweet moment at a time.

Why you'll love working here

At Krispy Kreme, we're all about making every moment a little brighter and that starts with our people. Join our friendly, collaborative team where your ideas are valued, your development is supported, and there's always time to celebrate success together.

• A welcoming and inclusive team
• Paid training from day one
• Learning and development opportunities
• Employee discount
• Pension scheme
• Holiday pay
• Health & Wellbeing support
• Recognition for great work
• Uniform provided
• And of course... delicious Krispy Kreme doughnuts!

What You'll Be Doing

Join the team that brings smiles (and doughnuts) to life! As a team member, you'll:

• Welcome every guest with a friendly face and genuine warmth
• Serve up our delicious doughnuts and drinks with confidence and care. Recommend your favourite flavours and help guests find theirs
• Keep the store looking fresh, stocked, and ready for the next rush
• Jump in where needed - from the till to the display, and everywhere in between
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment

We're on the lookout for someone who's:

• 18 or over (due to lone-working responsibilities)
• Seeking part-time hours, primarily involving weekend work
• Available throughout the week, Monday to Sunday
• A natural team player with a passion for making someone's day
• Positive, eager to learn, and ready to roll up their sleeves
• Dependable, enthusiastic, and brings good vibes wherever they go
