Location: Slough

Salary: £30,000 Basic plus uncapped Bonus (Realistic OTE £55,000)

Guaranteed bonus for the first 3 Months.

Working Hours: 5 Day work week | Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00 (set day off), every Saturday 09:00 - 17:00, and 1 in 2 Sundays 10:00 - 16:00 (additional day off when working a Sunday)

We are recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a Flagship main dealership in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven automotive sales professional looking to develop their career within a well-established dealership environment. Offering a strong basic salary, guaranteed commission for the first three months and an OTE of £55,000, this role provides excellent earning potential and great company benefits.

Car Sales Executive Role

• Manage the car sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Generate your own leads through proactive follow-up and customer outreach.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience that encourages repeat and referral business.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow the dealership sales process consistently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and activity on the CRM system.
• Promote relevant motor trade products and additional services.
• Provide customers with knowledgeable advice on vehicles, including electric vehicles (EVs).
• Represent the dealership professionally at all times.

Car Sales Executive Requirements

• Previous motor trade experience as a Sales Executive within a franchised motor dealership.
• Proven track record of generating your own sales opportunities.
• Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Disciplined approach to following a structured sales process.
• Experience maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Confident and clear communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Previous experience with Electric Vehicles (EV's) would be beneficial, but not essential.
• Good knowledge of motor trade products.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
