Regional Sales Manager - Process Cooling

£45,000 - £55,000 + Commission - £80,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business across the Midlands for process cooling solutions
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Carry out site surveys and understand customer cooling requirements
• Develop technical solutions alongside the engineering team
• Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through quotation to order
• Build relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, contractors and industrial end users

Package:

• £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
• Commission - £80,000 OTE
• Company car

What You'll Need:

• Sales experience within process cooling, chillers, refrigeration or industrial HVAC
• Good technical understanding of process cooling systems
• Strong new business and account management experience
• Experience selling to industrial or manufacturing customers
• Commercial and customer-facing skills
• Full UK driving licence
