School Sportswear Sales Manager / Future MD

We are an established UK supplier of premium school sportswear, PE kits and customised teamwear, working with school uniform retailers, schools and educational organisations nationwide.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a School Sportswear & Education Partnerships Manager to develop new business opportunities, grow existing accounts and build long-term partnerships across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development, Territory Sales or Account Management professional who enjoys working independently, meeting customers and developing commercial relationships.

What you’ll do

• Manage and develop existing schoolwear and retail partnerships.
• Identify and win new customers across schools, retailers and education organisations.
• Grow sales within existing accounts.
• Present sportswear, PE kit and customised teamwear solutions.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Visit customers across your allocated UK territory.
• Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through quotation, negotiation and onboarding.
• Work with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines.
• Manage your own diary, appointments and territory development.

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have experience in business development, field sales, territory sales, account management or customer partnerships.

Experience in schoolwear, sportswear, apparel, retail, education, workwear or a related sector would be advantageous, but is not essential.

You should have:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to sales.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Good organisation and time management.
• Confidence working independently from a home base.
• A full UK driving licence.

Full product and industry training will be provided for the right candidate.
