Service Sales Consultant
What You Will Do
As a Service Sales Consultant you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition across the UK, with a particular focus on generating Annual Maintenance and Monitoring Revenue (AMR) sales within high-value customer accounts and premises. You will work closely with national account teams and Facilities Management customers, helping to expand our enterprise security services portfolio and deliver sustainable business growth.

How You Will Do It
- Proactively identify and win new AMR customers who do not currently purchase from Tyco, focusing on medium and large organisations, as well as public sector and government customers.
- Drive new business acquisition across JCI Tyco's enterprise security solutions portfolio, covering both products and services.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through self-generated opportunities and company-provided lead sources.
- Develop strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders, demonstrating the value and business impact of Tyco's security solutions.
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers, including procurement, project management, risk management, facilities management, and health and safety teams.
- Deliver consistent sales activity levels to achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Create targeted account development plans that maximise recurring revenue opportunities and increase the scale of secured customer estates.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition of newly acquired customers to the account management team.
The primary objective of this role is to deliver high-value AMR growth through strategic new business development and multi-solution selling. This position is ideally suited to a true "hunter" who thrives on identifying opportunities, building customer relationships, and winning new business rather than managing an existing account base.
What We Are Looking For

- Field sales experience in a face-to-face B2B sales environment with a strong focus on new customer acquisition.
- Ideally a background in service or solution-based selling rather than product-only sales.
- Proven ability to develop accounts and generate profitable growth.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
