Maths Teacher

We are recruiting for a Maths Teacher to join a well-established Secondary School in Dudley. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a supportive and collaborative school environment, with a strong focus on raising attainment and helping students develop their confidence and mathematical skills.

The school is seeking a committed and adaptable Maths Teacher who can deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The successful candidate will be confident teaching Mathematics to a range of abilities and will be able to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

You will take on full class teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation, assessment and marking, while building positive relationships with students and supporting them to achieve their full potential.

This is a full-time, long-term position starting as soon as possible and continuing until the end of the academic year.

Required Skills and Experience as a Maths Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Secondary Maths – ECTs are also welcome to apply
• Previous experience teaching Maths at secondary level
• A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and GCSE Maths requirements
• The ability to deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• A passion for helping students develop their mathematical knowledge, confidence and problem-solving skills

• Pay: £174.71 to £240.72 per day, equivalent to £34,069 to £46,940 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year (dependent on experience)
