Recently rewarded with 4 AA stars, The Prince Of Burford is a newly refurbished pub and hotel converted from an 18th-century coaching inn, located in beautiful Burford on the north-eastern edge of the Cotswolds. On our menu, we take pride in offering locally sourced, seasonal dishes alongside exciting twists on pub classics. We’re also honoured to have earned a rosette for our commitment to exceptional quality.

We’re looking for a SeniorSous Chef who has a passion for cooking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional food. If you’ve got a flair for creating mouth-watering dishes and are ready to take the next step in your culinary career, then we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working alongside the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, efficiently and safely.
• Supporting with food preparation, service and day-to-day kitchen management.
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation across every dish.
• Coaching and mentoring chefs within the team, sharing knowledge and building capability.
• Helping to manage stock, ordering and kitchen compliance.
• Taking the lead in the Head Chef's absence and supporting the development of the wider kitchen team.
• Playing a key role in creating a positive, collaborative and high-performing kitchen culture.
