Paediatric Epilepsy Nurse Specialist – Lead Coordinated Care

NHS Jobs is seeking a highly skilled nurse specialist to support children and young people with epilepsy, coordinating assessment, planning and discharge to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and promote effective care pathways.

You will work within multidisciplinary teams across acute and community settings, lead on education for families, liaise with schools and services, and contribute to policy development and transition from paediatric to adult neurology services.
