We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced LCV Technician to join a well-established team near West Malling. This LCV Technician role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work within a busy workshop specialising in servicing commercial vehicles, primarily Ford Transits. The successful individual will benefit from working in a modern facility equipped with advanced diagnostics and servicing tools.

Duties of the LCV Technician:

• Perform servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on Light Commercial Vehicles, predominantly Ford Transits, but also other commercial vehicles
• Use your technical expertise to fault-find and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
• Maintain high standards of vehicle safety and compliance
• Effectively manage workload to ensure timely completion of all repair tasks
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience as an LCV Technician
• Own tools and transport to access the workshop
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair commercial vehicles efficiently
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics systems such as IDS and Texa
• Positive attitude and a keen eye for detail in every task
