Email Marketing Manager

I'm currently recruiting for an Email Marketing Manager to join a global business with ambitious growth plans and a strong focus on data-driven marketing.

This role will take ownership of the email marketing programme, from campaign planning and execution through to reporting, testing and optimisation. Working closely with wider marketing teams, you'll be responsible for delivering targeted communications that drive engagement, support lead generation and improve customer and candidate journeys.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

• Managing the email marketing calendar and campaign delivery
• Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Developing segmentation strategies and personalised communications
• Running A/B tests and optimisation programmes
• Supporting lead nurture, re-engagement and win-back campaigns
• Ensuring strong data quality and deliverability across the CRM database.

We're looking for someone with previous email marketing or CRM experience, strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in understanding what drives engagement and conversion. Experience using HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform would be advantageous.
