Compass Community is seeking an experienced procurement professional to build and manage our supplier relationships and contract management framework across our multi-site operation in Birmingham. The role reports to the Group Head of Procurement and is hybrid based in our Birmingham office.
You will own onboarding, due diligence, ESG alignment, supplier performance via KPIs, a central contract repository, and support wider procurement activities including spend analysis and tendering.
