A growing international not-for-profit organisation is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to provide oversight across a varied portfolio of technology and business change initiatives. Working within the PMO and alongside global stakeholders, you will strengthen governance, reporting and delivery in a collaborative, fast-changing environment.
The Role
Manage projects from initiation through to delivery, maintaining clear plans, governance and reporting.
Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across cross-functional, international teams.
Chair project meetings and steering groups, engaging confidently with senior leaders, boards and end users.
Coordinate testing activity, including test planning, script preparation and user acceptance testing.
Support a broad portfolio that may include infrastructure, enterprise applications and global office initiatives.
About You
Proven project management experience using PRINCE2, Agile or similar delivery approaches.
Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience delivering projects across technology and business teams in an international or complex organisation.
Hands-on experience coordinating testing and producing test scripts.
Adaptable, diplomatic and comfortable working where priorities can change quickly.
