A busy, high-volume accommodation property in West London, welcoming a diverse mix of domestic and international guests. With a fast-paced operation and high guest turnover, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership and drive operational standards.

The Role

Leading day-to-day property operations
Managing and developing operational teams
Housekeeping, cleanliness and guest experience
Health and Safety and compliance
Maintenance and facilities
Rotas, staffing and performance
Cost control and operational budgets
Guest complaints and service recovery
SOPs, processes and operational standards
Working closely with the General Manager

The ideal Operations Manager

Hotel, hostel or accommodation operations experience
Strong team management experience
Front Office and Housekeeping knowledge
Hand&S and compliance experience
Excellent guest-service and problem-solving skills
A hands-on, commercially aware approach
Experience managing rotas, costs and operational resources
