STORE MANAGER - LUXURY RETAIL
West London - £40,000 - Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to join a growing luxury retail business with multiple boutiques across West London, with a new location opening soon.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven and customer-focused Store Manager to take ownership of the boutique, lead and develop a team, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

THE ROLE

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the boutique
• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve commercial targets
• Drive sales, KPIs and exceptional customer service
• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, including a significant Arab-speaking customer base
• Support VIP and repeat client development
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
• Lead by example on the shop floor and maintain a high standard of customer experienceSupport recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and commercial performance
• Work collaboratively with senior management across the wider business

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Previous Store Manager experience within luxury, premium or high-end retail
• Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to drive sales and KPIs
• A confident and engaging people leader
• Passionate about client experience and relationship building
• Comfortable working in a growing business where processes and systems are still developing
• Open-minded, adaptable and confident bringing forward new ideas
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Arabic, Spanish or Italian language skills would be highly advantageous

PACKAGE

• £40,000 basic salary
• 37-40 hours per week
• Store-based commission structure
• Weekly sales incentives
• £500 annual bonus
