Henderson Group is seeking a Business Development Manager for a field-based role across Mid Ulster. You will support independent SPAR retailers, advise on promotions, ranges and store layouts, and work to grow retailer profits through margin management and turnover growth.
The role includes driving sales at both wholesale and retail levels, developing territory plans, and monitoring performance to maximize business available to Henderson Wholesale.
