Dormancy Risk & Controls Consultant

Santander is seeking a Risk Assurance Consultant to support the Central Controls Office in managing the Dormant Customers policy and related controls from Milton Keynes, Bradford, or Glasgow. This 12-month FTC role focuses on testing and reporting risks and ensuring compliance across the dormancy journey.

You will build knowledge of the Dormancy Policy, identify gaps, and contribute to process improvements, while coordinating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
