Civil Litigation Solicitor

If you are a Civil Litigation Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE and are looking for the next step in your career, this is an opportunity I think is well worth a look.

The role offers a really interesting and varied caseload across Housing and Dispute Resolution, including repossessions, debt recovery, Sheriff Court and Court of Session work, together with alternative dispute resolution.

You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and work across a broad range of matters, while working closely with experienced colleagues and having plenty of support around you.

What really stands out to me about this opportunity is the scope for progression and development.

This isn't simply about moving into another litigation role and carrying on doing the same thing. The team is continuing to grow, and there is a genuine opportunity for someone ambitious to play a part in that growth, develop client relationships, take on more responsibility and build their own practice.

You should have solid civil litigation experience, be confident managing your own caseload and have strong drafting and communication skills. Just as importantly, you should be someone who enjoys working collaboratively and wants to contribute to the wider team.
