MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a global professional services organisation to recruit a Payroll Specialist to join their finance function based in Belfast on an initial 12 month fixed term contract

The Company:

Our client is a well-established global professional services organisation with an extensive international presence. They are seeking a Payroll Specialist to prepare the monthly payroll for the UK based employees and work closely with the accounting teams.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative payroll team that is expanding.

The Rewards:

As the successful Payroll Specialist, you will:

• £40,000 base salary + extensive benefits package;
• Annual bonus (10%);

The Role:

As the successful Payroll Specialist, you will:

• Process UK payrolls from data collection through to payment
• Input and process payroll changes
• Calculate occupational payments
• Respond to payroll queries
• Assist with benefit administration
• Key up to date with new legislation impacting payroll
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description

The Person:

The successful Payroll Specialist will meet the following criteria:

• Proven track record in processing comparable sized payroll
• Strong end to end knowledge of UK payroll
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
