Description

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their accounting and financial needs are met.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Provide advice and support on tax compliance and planning.
• Coordinate the completion of audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards of work.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their main point of contact.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and add value to client services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and professional standards.

Profile

• Fully qualified (ACA or ACCA).
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax principles.
• Experience in managing client portfolios within professional services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in supervising and mentoring team members.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
