The role involves managing client records in Xero/Iris, preparing year-end accounts under FRS standards and providing tax guidance. You will lead month-end closes, draft management and cash flow reports, and mentor junior staff.
The ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA qualified or QBE with 3–4 years in practice, highly organised, and able to train colleagues while maintaining excellent client service.
