Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Hours: 9:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (with flexibility as required)

Client Base: Primarily Local Authority

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary care service in Dudley. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee a service that works closely with Local Authorities, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with CQC standards. You will be responsible for managing the service day-to-day, leading a dedicated team, and driving continuous improvements in both quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily management of the service, ensuring compliance with all regulations
Lead, support and develop staff to deliver safe, person-centred care
Maintain excellent relationships with Local Authorities and commissioners
Ensure efficient rota management, budgeting, and performance monitoring
Drive growth opportunities while maintaining high standards of service

What We're Looking For

Registered Manager (or Deputy ready to step up) with strong leadership experience
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
Proven track record in working with Local Authority contracts
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
Passionate about delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care
