PSM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Experienced Negotiator to join our Deal branch. You will negotiate offers and secure the best possible price for clients, while managing the sales progression from offer through to completion to ensure smooth transactions.
You will handle day-to-day vendor and buyer enquiries, conduct property viewings, provide feedback to vendors, and maintain regular contact with applicants to generate new business opportunities. A full driving license is required.
