Customer Service Team Lead – Retail Betting

Paddy Power is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader for our retail shops. You will host customers, deliver best-in-class service, and promote online and retail products.

Training is provided, and you will help hit shop goals while maintaining an engaging, hospitality-led environment. You will lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality, manage day-to-day shop operations in the manager's absence, and uphold standards across promotional activity and customer care.
