Sales Executive - Mercedes Benz

LSH Auto is a UK premium automotive retailer and a leading Mercedes-Benz dealership group. We work across new and used vehicle sales while also supporting customers through a full range of aftersales services, including servicing, MOTs, repairs, tyres, and parts. As a Sales Executive - Mercedes Benz, you will play an important role in creating a first-class buying experience for customers. This is an opportunity to combine relationship-building, commercial awareness, and product knowledge to help customers find the right vehicle while contributing to a high-performing sales environment. You will be a key part of representing the brand, understanding customer needs, and supporting successful outcomes from first conversation to final handover.

Hours - 40 Salary - £27,010 plus OTE plus Company Car

Guide customers from initial enquiry through vehicle handover with a premium experience. Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional showroom experience. Demonstrate vehicle features, arrange test drives, and match buyers to suitable models. Negotiate pricing and finance packages to achieve sales and revenue targets. Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up leads to maximise conversions.

Requirements Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience building rapport with showroom customers and converting enquiries into sales.
• Confidence discussing finance options and negotiating effectively with customers.
• Experience using a CRM system for lead follow-up and maintaining accurate customer records.
• A valid UK driving licence and confidence conducting customer test drives.
