Trainee Valuer

We're seeking ambitious, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Trainee Valuer. If you have experience building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and working towards targets, we can provide the property training required to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Meeting homeowners and discussing their moving plans
• Providing advice on the local property market
• Conducting property valuations
• Winning instructions and bringing new properties to marketBuilding relationships with vendors and buyers
• Working closely with branch teams to achieve targets

What We're Looking For

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence meeting clients face-to-face
• Commercial awareness and a positive attitude
• Driven, resilient, and motivated to succeed
• Full UK driving licence preferred
