Junior Recruitment Consultant

Junior Recruitment Consultant

Crawley | Uncapped Commission | Performance Trips & Fast Progression

Want a career where your results can mean more money, faster progression and rewards that are actually worth working for?

Guided Talent is growing, and we’re looking for ambitious people to join us as Junior Recruitment Consultants in Crawley.

You don’t need years of recruitment experience. We’re looking for people with energy, confidence, ambition and the drive to do well.

If you’re competitive, good with people and want a career where hard work can genuinely change what you earn and where you go next, this could be for you.

The good stuff

• Uncapped commission – the better you perform, the more you earn
• Big performance incentives – including our current target: an all-expenses-paid trip to Las Vegas
• Fast progression – your career moves at the pace of your performance
• Real responsibility early on – you won’t spend years waiting for your chance
• A small, ambitious team where people actually know who you are
• Direct support from experienced recruiters and leadership
• The opportunity to build your own market, client base and reputation
• The chance to grow into senior, management or leadership roles as the business expands

We’re not interested in creating another corporate recruitment environment where you’re just a number.

If you perform, we want you to feel the benefit.

What you’ll actually be doing

• Find and speak with talented candidates
• Build relationships with clients
• Work on live vacancies
• Match people with the right opportunities
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Develop new business
• Build your own network and market
• Take increasing ownership of your own recruitment desk

You’ll be speaking to people every day, building relationships and learning how to create opportunities from scratch.

And when you make placements, you earn commission.

What we’re looking for

Experience is useful, but attitude matters more.

You could be coming from sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, sport, telesales or another target-driven environment.

Or you might simply be someone looking for their first proper commercial career.

• Ambitious
• Competitive
• Confident speaking to people
• Motivated by money and progression
• Resilient when things don’t go your way
• Comfortable working towards targets
• Keen to learn
• Hungry to build a career rather than just find another job

Why Guided Talent?

We’ve spent the last two years building strong client relationships and creating the foundations for growth.

Now we want ambitious people to grow with us.

Because we’re still a small team, there’s a genuine opportunity to come in early, make an impact and progress as the company grows.

You won’t be joining behind 50 other consultants waiting for your turn.

You’ll be joining at a stage where strong performers can genuinely stand out.

If the idea of earning uncapped commission, progressing quickly and potentially celebrating a big year with an all-expenses-paid trip to Las Vegas sounds better than another ordinary job.
