Beauty Retail Team Leader — Inspire, Coach & Drive Sales

The Body Shop in Livingston is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store Management team in delivering retail excellence and an engaging customer experience. You’ll coach Customer Consultants, help maintain store layout and merchandising, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Ideal candidates will have experience in customer facing roles, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset to continuously learn about beauty products and campaigns.
