Location: Scotland, with regular travel mainly across the Central Belt
Hours: 40 hours per week basic, Monday to Friday. Flexibility will be required, with occasional weekend overtime available and paid at an enhanced rate.

We're looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to lead front-line mobile cleaning teams across Scotland, delivering high-quality services in a fast-paced operational environment.
Role Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate daily work schedules for mobile cleaning teams.
* Liaise with the central helpdesk to allocate and respond to incoming jobs.
* Ensure all works are completed in line with SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations.
* Lead, coach, and support operatives, including onboarding and training.
* Conduct audits, site surveys, and ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
What we’re looking for
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Experience managing mobile or front-line cleaning/service teams (desirable)
* Working within Soft FM (ideally Cleaning)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Good understanding of Health & Safety and safe systems of work
