What awaits you?

You will be working with the logistics planning team and its process partners on various projects to support the Team with their role to develop supply chain, material flow planning, logistics structure and packaging for New Product Integration (NPI), series launch, running changes, bespoke & smart logistics integration, including:

• Be an integral part of new model launches within Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.
• Working with our logistics operational and assembly teams to seamlessly integrate change requests into our production.
• Developing experience solving problems in a fast-paced business environment with real world tangible results.
• Managing daily tasks, adhoc support and ongoing projects with transparent communication to team and stake holders.
• Liaising and supporting our external service provider
• Have autonomy in the realisation of process improvements.
• 3D Drawing tools

What should you bring along?

• Studying towards a degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Strongly self-motivated, high analytical and problem-solving skill
• High level of creative thinking.
• Excellent communications and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.
• Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• General Business MS-Office Skills (Knowledge of Power BI, are advantageous).
• Good knowledge of logistics or manufacturing processes are advantageous.
• 3D modelling and CAD skills are advantageous.
