Commercial Paint Sprayer

Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Paint Sprayer to join a busy and well-established manufacturing environment in Warwick.

This role involves preparing and masking vehicles to a high standard, ensuring all work meets quality expectations and production timelines. You will play a key part in maintaining efficiency across the paint department while adhering to strict health and safety standards.

Details

Location: Warwick

Hours: Monday - Thursday | 06:00 - 15:30 (37 hours per week)

Pay Rate: Up to £19.10 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle preparation and masking
• Supporting paint shop operations to meet production targets
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Working collaboratively across different units when required

About You

• Previous experience in a paint spraying or prep role
• Good understanding of health & safety, particularly when working with solvents
• Awareness of working to production/takt times
• Comfortable working in confined or awkward positions
• Able to carry out manual handling tasks when required
• Flexible and a strong team player
