Customer Experience Advisor - 12 Month Fixed Term

The West Brom in Smethwick is seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. The role is 35 hours per week (09.00 - 14.00 Customer Facing, 14.00 - 17.00 Telephony) Monday to Friday with Saturday shifts.

Salary is £24,923 per annum. You will provide a service so good that customers tell their friends and family about us, handle queries confidently, and stay up to date on our products to help customers achieve their home ownership or savings goals.
