Hours of Work: full time

Lettings Valuer/Lister Duties: As a Lettings Valuer/Lister, you will be responsible for conducting accurate property valuations, creating compelling listings, and advising landlords on strategies to optimise rental income. You will build strong relationships with clients, keep abreast of market trends, and proactively generate new business. Additionally, you will handle negotiations, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain meticulous records to support our continued success.

Lettings Valuer/Lister Requirements:

• Proven experience in property valuations, lettings, or a related estate agency role
• Strong understanding of the local rental market, property values, and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively
• A full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Competitive salary of £25,000 to £40,000 per annum, plus attractive commission structure
