Santander UK in Rhyl is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join our Retail Banking team. Working 35 hours per week on a rota from 8am to 6pm, you will greet customers, handle branch transactions, and support them with technology in the banking hall.
You'll build relationships, resolve queries, and develop knowledge of our services to improve the customer experience. The role offers a busy, varied environment, supported by a close-knit team and opportunities to grow within Santander's UK
