You will oversee inspections, check-ins, check-outs, inventories and mid-term inspections, while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring properties are managed to a high standard.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties from tenancy start to finish
Conducting property inspections, check-ins, check-outs, inventories and mid-term inspections
Dealing efficiently with landlord and tenant enquiries and maintaining strong relationships
Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractors, ensuring issues are followed through to completion
Managing tenancy administration, renewals, compliance and associated paperwork accurately
Ensuring properties and tenancies are managed professionally and in line with current legislation

Previous experience within Residential Property Management
Strong understanding of the residential lettings process
Excellent administration and IT skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to build strong business relationships
Full UK Driving Licence essential
